HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

At Vitkac we make every effort to ensure our customers enjoy a comfortable and seamless shopping experience. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the rules outlined below.

RETURN POLICY


Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached and tags intact.

Exclusions: Certain products, such as final sale items, personalized products, and lingerie, are not eligible for return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

I. VITKAC CLUB MEMBERS AT PLATINUM AND GOLD LEVEL (DURING THE PERIOD OF FREE DELIVERY/RETURN)


Customers with this status can enjoy special benefits, including free return shipping.


1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.

2. Submit a return request by following the provided instructions.

3. Pack the products – be sure they are in their original condition.

4. Ship the package using the included return label or your chosen shipping method.

II. OTHER CLIENTS


1. Log in to your account and go to your order history; if you are an unregistered user, the link to the page where you can submit a return can be found in the email confirming delivery of your order.

2. Submit a return request by following the instructions.

3. Pack the products — make sure they are in their original condition.

4. If you purchased delivery with a return option, send the package using the included return label.

5. If you did not purchase delivery with a return option, send your return using any shipping method to the online store address – in this case, the return shipping cost is covered by the Client.

Include the order number to facilitate identification of your parcel.

REFUND OF FUNDS


The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

If it is not possible to identify the return shipment, the refund may be issued at a later date than 14 days.

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
